At CL Activewear, we believe children deserve the same quality as high-performance athletes.

Our mission is simple: to create children’s swimwear entirely made in Québec, designed to last, protect (UV rays), and move with confidence.


A Brand Founded by an Olympian

CL Activewear was founded by Claude Latendresse, a former Olympic gymnast who represented Canada at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games.

After a high-level athletic career — Canadian champion on pommel horse and rings — Claude brought his discipline, attention to detail, and passion for movement into the world of performance apparel.

For over 33 years, CL Activewear has designed garments (gymastics leotards) built to move, perform, and endure.  The company was the first to bring dye sublimation into gymnastics, recognised as a pionnier.

Today, that expertise is dedicated to swimwear for children.

Because performance begins in childhood.
